The Prince Claus Fund offers financial support to individuals and organisations who implement outstanding cultural initiatives, primarily in Latin America, Africa, Asia, the Caribbean & Eastern Europe. 

We do this through open calls for applications. Open calls each have their own procedures and may be open at different times of year. Our Cultural Emergency Response programme is open to applications for urgent help to rescue threatened cultural heritage whenever a critical situation looms.

2019 First Aid to Documentary Heritage Under Threat Conservartecuador Website

Together with the Whiting Foundation, we're welcoming proposals for projects in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean to safeguard documentary heritage that is acutely threatened by recent conflict or other disaster, whether natural or man-made.

Open Call: Network Partnership Grant

If you are a cultural organisation with an active track record and network, and you have an innovative idea that requires long-term funding, you may be eligible to become a Prince Claus Fund Network Partner. Network Partners receive funding for a new initiative for 3 years and take part in 1-2 meetings a year with other partner organisations to exchange experiences and discuss ideas
