Handy
is a curator, artist, and art educator based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. He is a curator at the Museum
of Modern and Contemporary Art Sri Lanka, and he is one part of an artist collective called the Packet, and and also one part of an independent research studio, between Zurich, Makassar, Karachi, and Colombo called the Studio for Memory Politics. Sandev's research and practice cross fugitive pedagogies, Afro-Asian world-building and networks
of solidarities, and botanical and bureaucratic naturalisms.
