Nthabiseng TeReo Sapphiresoul Seed Awards recipient

Nthabiseng TeReo Sapphiresoul is a multi-disciplinary artist, musician, and activist from the Kingdom of Lesotho. She believes in the ability to use music, sound, and art as healing and educating mediums in her community. In 2021, Nthabiseng founded the NomaPads, a socio-economic initiative which aims to combat period poverty by delivering menstrual education campaigns and manufacturing reusable sanitary pads. In her artistic and activism journey, Nthabiseng has created educational podcasts and has partnered with artists and organizations, such as Lesotho Planned Parenthood Association (LPPA).
