Panel One The Built Environment

As part of the 2023 Mobile Lab Egypt programme, the symposium starts off with a discussion on the Built Environment: as the necessity for participation, social justice, and non-extraction becomes more and more apparent, the question of ethics when dealing with the built environment is vital. Participating in this panel are architect, anthropologist, entrepreneur, and mentor of the Prince Claus Building Beyond Mentorship, Sename Koffi Agbodjinou; artist, architect, and mentor of the Prince Claus Building Beyond Mentorship, Ola Hassanain, and Professor Ali Awni.
This panel is part of the 2023 Mobile Lab Egypt public symposium programme and takes place on 16 September, 10:30-12:00 (GMT+3) at Salah al-Din Citadel in Cairo, Egypt. The programme is developed in collaboration with African Architecture Matters, Megawra—Built Environment Collective, and Tahayyuz (an alliance formed by Megawra, 10 Tooba, and Mansour for Architecture and Conservation).
