Nomadic Chef

During the entire 2023 Mobile Lab week in Morocco, bookseller, visual artist and gastronomy enthusiast, Fadma Kaddouri, brings together a small group of women from the Beni Aïssi village for a series of workshops, titled "Nomadic Chef": a walk in the gardens and the forest, to discover, pick, taste and refresh yourself in the lush vegetable sources of Benslimane.

This event is not part of the 2023 Morocco Mobile Lab public programme.
