Zilan Imsik is an artist from Türkiye whose work combines both photography and moving images. She has a BFA in Film from Istanbul Bilgi Universitesi. She has been part of group exhibitions in Karl & Ein Gallery, Türkiye (2019) and Activa, Spain (2017). In addition, her work has also been showcased at Tbilisi Photo Festival (2019) and Angkor Photo Festival & Workshop (2019), among others. Through her work, Zilan explores themes of identity, violence and memory, rooted in her personal experiences.
