Victor Peturo Seed Awards recipient

Victor Peturo is a Zimbabwe-based dancer and performer holding a Certificate in Arts Education for Development as well as a Dance Foundation Certificate. He has been working as an art educator since 2007 and as a dancer and dance teacher at AfriKera Dance Theater since 2015 whilst having a long list of other related experiences. Peturo is piloting DanceItOut (DIO) -personal development and mental health project for disadvantaged and at-risk youth in marginalized communities. DIO is a project consisting of three parts that offers support for both mental and physical health through self-expression and healing in dance.
