Nader Bahsoun Seed Awards recipient

Nader Bahsoun is a multidisciplinary visual and performance artist based in Lebanon. His artistic practice includes photography, design, film, performance, video art, and visual art, reflecting an exploration of civil society and historical narratives with the human figure at its core. 

Bahsoun has received recognition for his contributions to the art field, as a Seed Awards recipient, underlining his impact on free expression and reexamining history through his works. After being commissioned and presenting his project “A la recherche de Beyrouth”, as part of the group exhibition Lumière du Liban at the Institut du Monde Arabe (Paris 2021), he was rewarded with the Prince Claus Seed Award that same year.
