Adrian Aroko is a sound and visual artist born and based in Mexico. He holds a diploma in Sound Art from Border Cultural Center, Mexico City (2016). His work has been exhibited in Indefension Aprendida + Enfardo, Leopoldo Flores University Museum, Toluca (2020), and he has been awarded the Fellowship in the Art, Science and Technology program from the National Fund for Culture and Arts (2019). He addresses human rights violations, deterioration of the environment and multi-species well-being through his practice and experiments with electronic sensors, sound practices, circuitry, recycling materials and archival research.
