Ravage en schoonheid worden gevangen in een fotoserie van uitzonderlijke esthetische visie. Santu Mofokeng toont in de tentoonstelling Let’s Talk, zonder zich heel openlijk politiek uit te spreken, landschappen in relatie tot eigenaarschap, ecologische effecten en macht. In een artikel over de serie Let’s Talk zegt Mofokeng ‘For the majority to buy into the fight against climate change, basic education on how to care for the immediate environment and the reasons why is needed.’ Hij adresseert in de serie Let’s Talk de complexiteit van klimaatsverandering en de wijze waarop men ermee omgaat, ‘There is general consensus that climate change is a threat to the survival of human and other species on this planet if the world continues to do business as usual. Ergo, the patient in this scenario is commerce and profits. It is easy enough to see how the powerful bosses and the privileged scoff at the idea of sustainable energy production because it requires investment and this tends to threaten profits and escalate prices.’
Vanuit een spiritueel perspectief zoekt Mofokeng naar persoonlijke reflectie en politieke observatie, een thematiek van verdeling van publieke herinnering en bezit. 

De tentoonstelling Let´s Talk werd geopend door Santu Mofokeng op 23 september om 18.30 uur in de Prins Claus Fonds Galerie, Herengracht 603 Amsterdam. Let’s Talk was gratis toegankelijk op werkdagen tussen 9.00 en 17.00 uur en is te zien tot 26 november 2010.
