On the occasion HRH Prince Constantijn presented the publication 'Cultural Emergency in Conflict and Disaster', a pioneering handbook for cultural emergency relief published by the Prince Claus Fund and Nai Publishers, to persons and organisations that support the Prince Claus Fund.
